This depends on the band.  Power- Most of our larger bands require two 20 amp circuit breakers located no more than 50 feet from the performance area.  For our smaller bands and ensembles a simple power outlet is sufficient.  Stage or Floor Space- This also depends on the size of the band and the amount of sound equipment needed.  Larger bands require a 16 x 20 ft. stage or floor space.  Smaller bands require less.  Outdoor Covering- For outdoor events, a canopy or some other covering is required.  This is to protect the instruments from the sun and/or weather conditions.
