Most of the information we need is included in the contract.  It is also very helpful to receive a schedule or timeline of the event (speeches, awards, toasts etc,) directions, parking and loading information.  For weddings, first dance and other dance requests should be given to us with plenty of notice.  There may also be some specific items needed based on the band you book.  For example, if you book a jazz quartet with a piano player, we will need to know if there is an available piano or if we need to bring a keyboard.
